AMA Guidelines definition

AMA Guidelines shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.2.2 hereof.
AMA Guidelines means the American Medical Association Gifts to Physicians from Industry Guidelines, as revised from time to time.
AMA Guidelines means the American Medical Association Guidelines on Gifts to Physicians from Industry.

  • Provider agrees when performing and/or assisting in the assessment of INSURED for the purpose of establishing Impairment Ratings and Disability Ratings, to utilize AMA Guidelines to Physical Impairment or those guidelines that may be required by the state in which Provider provides services.

  • In addition, BLP, any of its subsidiaries, nor any of their respective officers, employees or agents (during the term of such person’s employment by BLP or any of its subsidiaries or while acting as an agent of BLP or any of its subsidiaries, or, to the knowledge of BLP, prior to such employment) has violated the PhRMA’s Code of Pharmaceutical Marketing Practices, PhRMA’s Code on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals or the AMA Guidelines on Gifts to Physicians by Industry.

  • Kos shall be responsible for providing a Promotional Program, Promotional Materials and Promotional Expense Budget that (i) will not involve the counseling or promotion of a business arrangement that violates federal or state law; (ii) will be in compliance with the AMA Guidelines on Gifts to Physicians from Industry; and (iii) shall not require or encourage the Sales Representatives to offer, pay, solicit or receive any remuneration from or to Prescribers to induce referrals or purchase of Kos Product.

  • Ascent represents and warrants that it shall cause all members of the Ascent Sales Force to comply with (i) the applicable laws, rules, regulations and guidelines related to the performance of its obligations hereunder, including, but not limited to the FD & C Act, the PDMA, the Federal and State Anti-Kickback Statutes and AMA Guidelines and (ii) Ascent's obligations under the terms of this Agreement.
