Amalco Articles definition

Amalco Articles means the articles of Amalco substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A;
Amalco Articles means the Articles substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A to the Amalgamation Agreement.
Amalco Articles means the articles of Amalco, in the form and content attached as Appendix “A” to this Circular.
