Ambac Policy definition
Ambac Policy means the Note Guaranty Insurance Policy No. AB1038BE dated October 18, 2006, including any endorsements thereto, issued by the Insurer to the Indenture Trustee with respect to the Class A Notes, for the benefit of the Holders, in the form attached as Exhibit A to this Insurance Agreement.
Ambac Policy. A financial guarantee insurance policy (including any endorsements thereto) issued by Insurer with respect to the Notes in favor of the Indenture Trustee for the benefit of certain holders of the Notes, which guarantees the payment of the Insured Payments on the Notes.
Ambac Policy. An unconditional and irrevocable certificate insurance policy of Ambac, in the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT H-1, issued to the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders.
