Amended and Restated Term Note definition

Amended and Restated Term Note or "Amended and Restated Term Notes" means each promissory note of Borrower in substantially the form of Exhibits 2.1(A)(1), (A)(2) and (A)(3) issued in connection with the term loans referenced in Section 2.1(A).
Amended and Restated Term Note has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07(b).

More Definitions of Amended and Restated Term Note

Amended and Restated Term Note means any one or all of the promissory notes of the Borrower evidencing Bank Indebtedness of the Borrower hereunder with respect to the Term Loans, which notes shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit "A" to this Credit Agreement, and all extensions, renewals, amendments, modifications, substitutions, replacements and restatements thereto or thereof.
