Amended Disclosure Statement definition

Amended Disclosure Statement means the Disclosure Statement as amended, modified and/or supplemented to incorporated the terms of the Amended Plan.
Amended Disclosure Statement means the Amended Disclosure Statement relating to the Amended Plan, including, without limitation, all exhibits and schedules thereto, as approved by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to section 1125 of the Bankruptcy Code.
