Amended Price definition

Amended Price means the lesser of the Contract Price set forth in Section C of the Cover Sheet and $89.23/MWh with $89.23/MWh being the price identified in Resolution E-4770.
Amended Price means $89.23/MWh, which is the price identified in Resolution E- 4770.

  • All invoices shall include: Company Name, Invoice Date, Due Date (30 days), Invoice Number, Contract Title, Contract Number, Work Order number or title, and Price, or Amended Price.

  • In general, a unit member 15 will be considered qualified for a particular vacancy only if he/she 16 holds the required California credential, meets the qualifications 17 specified in the adopted position description and meets all special 18 requirements indicated for the posted vacancy as determined by the 19 appropriate administrator, and does not violate regulations affecting 20 Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action.

  • Quoted Price of the Common Stock means the last reported sale price of the Common Stock on the Nasdaq National Market, or, if the Common Stock is listed on a national securities exchange, then on such exchange, or if the Common Stock is not quoted on Nasdaq National Market or listed on an exchange, the average of the last bid and asked price on the National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System.

  • Adjusted Price means the purchase price(s) for Energy referenced in Section 5.1 if the RECs fail to satisfy the RPS as an Environmental Attribute associated with the specified MWh of generation from a RPS Class I Renewable Generation Unit and Buyer does not purchase the RECs pursuant to Section 4.1(b) hereof.
