Any change made to the reporting, pursuant to section F7.1 (Changes to the Reporting), must be documented through a written agreement executed as set out in section 4.3 (Execution of Amending Agreements - Exceptions).
Any change made to the Annual Allocations, pursuant to section D2.1 (Changes to Annual Allocations), must be documented through a written agreement executed as set out in section 4.3 (Execution of Amending Agreements - Exceptions).

Except as specifically amended in this Extension Agreement, the Parties hereby confirm that the Original Agreement and the Amending Agreements, and their terms and conditions, are and shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified.
The Original Agreement, the Amending Agreements, and this Extension Agreement constitute the whole and entire agreement between the Parties hereto regarding the subject matter hereof and thereof and cancel and supersede any prior agreements, undertakings, declarations, commitments, representations, written or oral, in respect thereof.
Hereby, the parties agree to fully restate the Credit Contract (including all its annexes) to reflect the modifications provided for in each of the Amending Agreements.
The term “Agreement” when used in the Loan Agreement means the Loan Agreement as amended by the Amending Agreements and this Fourth Amending Agreement, together with all amendments, modifications, supplements, extensions, renewals, restatements, replacements and novations thereof from time to time.
It has been appointed by the Creditors as the Agent in accordance with the Credit Documents, the Sabadell Assignment Agreement, the Amending Agreements, and this Agreement, and acts in this act exclusively in that capacity, on behalf of and for the benefit of the Creditors, in accordance with, and subject to the terms of, the Credit Documents.
Unless the context of this Fourth Amending Agreement otherwise requires, the Loan Agreement, the Amending Agreements and this Fourth Amending Agreement shall be read together and shall have effect as if the provisions of the Loan Agreement, the Amending Agreements and this Fourth Amending Agreement were contained in one agreement.
Nothing in this Fourth Amending Agreement, nor in the Loan Agreement when read together with the Amending Agreements and this Fourth Amending Agreement, shall constitute a novation, payment, re-advance or reduction or termination in respect of any Obligations.
