Amendment 2 definition

Amendment 2 has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Amendment 2 means Amendment No. 2 to this Agreement dated as of September 12, 2005.

Amendment 2 means this Amendment No. 2 to Loan and Security Agreement by and between Agent, Lenders and Borrower.
