Amendment Fee Notes definition
Amendment Fee Notes means the first priority senior secured convertible notes issued on the Second Amendment Effective Date by the Borrowers to the Purchasers in the aggregate principal amount of $18,750,000, as amended and restated by the Amended and Restated Notes.
Amendment Fee Notes means those certain promissory notes dated as of October 13, 1995 executed by the Borrower in favor of the Lenders in substantially the form attached as Annex III to the Fourth Amendment, as such promissory notes may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time."
