Amendment to the Agreement definition

Amendment to the Agreement. The following provisions shall be effective as of September 13, 2002. The paragraph references are to the paragraph numbers in the Agreement:

Amendment to the Agreement. Maintenance Addendum: Section 2: Term. The first sentence of Section 2: Term of the Maintenance Addendum is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows: ​ The initial term of this Maintenance Addendum shall commence following Location Acceptance of a Cell Site and, unless earlier terminated pursuant to the terms of the Agreement or this Maintenance Addendum, shall continue in full force and effect through December 31, 2031.

Examples of Amendment to the Agreement in a sentence

  • If the Grantee finds it necessary to request an extension of the Grant Completion Deadline, an Amendment to the Agreement must be executed as per Section 7, and the stipulations in Section 15 must be met.

  • The period of performance must be changed by a written Amendment to the Agreement, if the department exercises its option to extend services.

  • Such extension shall be in the form of a written Amendment to the Agreement executed by both parties.

Related to Amendment to the Agreement

  • Amendment and Restatement Agreement means the Amendment and Restatement Agreement, dated as of January 29, 2016, among the Borrowers, the Lenders party thereto and the Administrative Agent.

  • Amendment Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals hereto.

  • Term of the Agreement shall have the same meaning as provided for in Article 7 of this Agreement.

  • Amendment to Allege Use or similar filing with respect thereto, by the United States Patent and Trademark Office, only to the extent, if any, that, and solely during the period if any, in which, the grant of a security interest therein may impair the validity or enforceability of such intent-to-use (or similar) Trademark application under applicable federal Law,

  • Amending Agreement means the Agreement of which a copy is set out in the Third Schedule to the Iron Ore (Hamersley Range) Agreement Xxx 0000 (which Agreement was approved by the Iron Ore (Hamersley Range) Agreement Act Amendment Act 1968);

  • First Amendment means that certain First Amendment to Term Loan Credit Agreement, dated as of November 19, 2019, among the Borrower, the Subsidiary Guarantors party thereto, the Lenders party thereto and the Administrative Agent.

  • Existing Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Third Amendment means that certain Third Amendment to Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of the Third Amendment Effective Date, among the Borrower, the Guarantors party thereto, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.

  • Eleventh Amendment Effective Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4 of the Eleventh Amendment.

  • Supplemental Agreement Any supplemental agreement entered into pursuant to Article IX hereof.

  • Seventh Amendment Effective Date shall have the meaning provided in the Seventh Amendment.

  • Eleventh Amendment means that certain Eleventh Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of April 29, 2022, among Holdings, the Borrower, the other Credit Parties party thereto, the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, the Lenders party thereto, the Revolving Letter of Credit Issuers and the various other parties party thereto.

  • Tenth Amendment means that certain Tenth Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of November 15, 2019, among Holdings, the Borrower, the other Credit Parties party thereto, the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent and the Lenders party thereto.

  • First Amendment Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the First Amendment.

  • Third Amendment Date means June 23, 2020.

  • Tenth Amendment Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the Tenth Amendment.

  • Second Amendment Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the Second Amendment.

  • Third Amendment Effective Date shall have the meaning provided in the Third Amendment.

  • Amendment No. 7 Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Amendment No. 7.

  • Amendment No. 1 Effective Date has the meaning specified in Amendment No. 1.
