Amendment to this Contract definition

Amendment to this Contract or "Amendment" means a written agreement modifying the terms of this Contract executed in accordance with Article 28.3 (Amendments).

  • Retail Prescription Medications may be covered when accompanied by a prescription from your Attending Physician, subject to the cost-sharing shown in the Prescription Medication Amendment to this Contract.

  • Any such agreement shall be embodied in an Amendment to this Contract and the Contractor shall be paid the agreed amount.
