Amenity Floors definition
Amenity Floors means the Dining Facility and the event space floor located in the Premises which are currently located on the 23rd and 9th floors of the Building, respectively. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained, it is understood and agreed that Landlord shall have no obligation to deliver a Landlord’s Non-Disturbance Agreement during the continuance of any default which continues beyond applicable notice and cure periods and Landlord has delivered to Tenant a notice electing to terminate this Lease in accordance with Section 6.05.
