Upon termination or expiration of the License, Buyer will cause the Company to cancel its registrations of all service marks and trademarks which include "AMR" in every class and every jurisdiction in which they are currently registered and will provide to Seller evidence of such cancellations. In no event will Buyer be in breach of this Section for failure to cancel a registration unless Seller has given Buyer written notice of such registration (either through this Agreement or otherwise) and Buyer has had a reasonable opportunity to effect such cancellation. Notwithstanding the above, it is understood that the Acquired Companies may represent in a truthful and ad hoc manner that they were formerly associated with AMR Services, provided that such use is not likely to result in confusion with Seller, result in dilution of Seller's Marks or otherwise unfairly trade on the goodwill of Seller.
