Amgen Territory definition

Amgen Territory means each or all countries (a) in the Amgen Initial Countries and (b) in the Territory in which Amgen is designated the Territorial Commercial Lead pursuant to Article 5.
Amgen Territory means (i) during the term of the Existing License Agreement, Japan and any other country removed from the Territory (as defined in the Existing License Agreement) in accordance with the terms of the Existing License Agreement, and (ii) from and after the expiration or earlier termination of the Existing License Agreement, worldwide other than the United States.
Amgen Territory means all countries in the world with the exception of Japan.

  • Except to the extent expressly provided otherwise in the Existing License Agreement, Novartis shall have no right to enforce such rights in the Amgen Territory.
