AMISYS Managed Care System definition
AMISYS Managed Care System or "AMISYS System" means the Software applications purchased and licensed by MBC from American International Healthcare, Inc. (currently AMISYS Managed Care Systems Incorporated) ("AMISYS Managed Care Systems, Inc.") and other third party Software which is used with the AMISYS applications Software and purchased and licensed by MBC from third party vendors.
