Examples of Amortization Event in a sentence
If, any time after the Issuance Date set forth above, and from time to time thereafter, an Amortization Event has occurred, then the Company shall make monthly payments beginning on the 7th Trading Day after the Amortization Event Date and continuing on the same day of each successive Calendar Month until the entire outstanding principal amount shall have been repaid.
From and after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Amortization Event, all Loans of any Unaffiliated Committed Lender and all Liquidity Fundings shall accrue Interest at the Default Rate.

The Administrative Agent is authorized at any time after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Amortization Event to date and to deliver to the Collection Banks the Collection Notices.
