Amortization Percentage definition

Amortization Percentage. For each calendar month following the Closing Date, the percentage set forth on Schedule VI to this Sale Supplement for such calendar month.
Amortization Percentage means (a) at any time after the last day of the Reinvestment Period and prior to December 5, 2027, if the Effective Obligor Number at such time is greater than or equal to 8, 50%, and otherwise, 60%, and (b) any time thereafter and prior to the Maturity Date, if the Effective Obligor Number at such time is greater than or equal to 8, 75%, and otherwise, 80%.
Amortization Percentage means (x) for each of the first eight Quarterly Payment Dates, 1.25% and (y) for each subsequent Quarterly Payment Date, 2.50% until the fifth anniversary of the Closing Date.

Nothing in this paragraph shall limit the right of the Administrative Agent or any Lender under Section 2.07 or Article VII.
