Amounts Owed to County definition

Amounts Owed to County means any amounts other than Net Sales Proceeds for which Contractor may become liable to County according to the terms of this Agreement, including all exhibits, and including, but not limited to, amounts owed due to lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed County property.
