Examples of Ampex Group in a sentence

  • No failure of any party to this Agreement to enforce at any time any of the provisions of this Agreement or to exercise any option under this Agreement and no course of dealing between or among any member of the Ampex Group, the Hillside Group and/or, the Sherborne Group shall be construed to be a waiver of any such provision or option, or shall in any way affect the validity of this Agreement or the right of any party to enforce each and every one of its provisions or options.

  • Xxxx Group means collectively Xxxx Capital Fund V, L.P., Xxxx Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and Xxxxxxxx Street Partners.
