Ampex Group definition

Ampex Group means the Corporation and any domestic subsidiary (whether or not incorporated) under Common Control with the Corporation, and any successor thereto.

  • Xxxx Group means collectively Xxxx Capital Fund V, L.P., Xxxx Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and Xxxxxxxx Street Partners.
