Multi-Family means a single residential connection to the public water system’s distribution system from which two or more separate dwelling units are supplied water.
Host family means the individual or family with whom an international exchange student is placed by an international student exchange visitor placement organization under the International Student Exchange Visitor Placement Organization Registration Act, § 6-18-1701 et seq..
Member of the family shall have the meaning prescribed by Code Section 529(e)(2), and shall mean any individual who bears one of the following relationships to the beneficiary:
Birth family or "birth sibling" means the child's biological family or biological sibling.
Multi-family dwelling means a structure that contains more than one separate dwelling unit, which is used, or occupied, or intended to be used or occupied, in whole, or in part as the home or residence of one or more persons.
Multi-family housing means a building or structure that is designed to house two (2) or more different households in separate housing Units which have full kitchen facilities including oven/range, refrigerator, kitchen sink with hot and cold water supply and food storage facilities and at least one (1) full bathroom facility(s), one (1) full bedroom and one (1) living area (including a combination thereof such as studio arrangements).
Patent Family means all patents and patent applications that share a common priority application, excluding continuations in part, but including any divisionals, continuations, reissues, reexaminations, extensions, foreign counterparts or equivalents. For the avoidance of doubt, if any patent or patent application is subject to a terminal disclaimer with any other patent or patent application such patent or patent application and such other patent or patent application shall be deemed one (1) Patent Family for the purposes of this Agreement.
Consortium Members means the members of the Consortium, formed by the Bidder for purposes of the Transaction in accordance with this RFP and shall include members who have submitted the Format for Consortium Agreement (Annexure 5) specified in the RFP.
Subject Person has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Consolidated Net Income”.
13D Group means any group of Persons formed for the purpose of acquiring, holding, voting or disposing of Voting Stock that would be required under Section 13(d) of the Exchange Act (as in effect on, and based on legal interpretations thereof existing on, the date hereof), to file a statement on Schedule 13D with the SEC as a “person” within the meaning of Section 13(d)(3) of the Exchange Act if such group beneficially owned Voting Stock representing more than 5% of any class of Voting Stock then outstanding.
Designated family member means any of the following:
Principal Stockholder means any person who individually or in concert with his spouse and
Consortium Member means a company specified in Recital (B) as a member of the Consortium;}
Passive investor means a person that:
Black woman-owned enterprise means an enterprise with at least 25, 1% representation of black women within the black equity and management portion.
Excluded Affiliates means, collectively, any Affiliates of any of the Lead Arrangers that are engaged as principals primarily in private equity, mezzanine financing or venture capital.
Non-Investment Personnel means any Employee that does not meet the definition of Investment Personnel as listed above.
Investment Personnel means: (a) Portfolio Managers and other Advisory Persons who provide investment information and/or advice to the Portfolio Manager(s) and/or help execute the Portfolio Manager's(s') investment decisions, including securities analysts and traders; (b) any natural person in a control relationship to the Fund who obtains information concerning recommendations made to the Fund with regard to the purchase or sale of a security; and (c) certain other individuals as designated by the Compliance Officer.
Promoter Group means such persons and entities constituting the promoter group as per Regulation 2(1)(pp) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations.
Foster family home means a private home in which children are placed for foster family care under supervision of the cabinet or a licensed child-placing agency;
Brand family means all styles of Cigarettes sold under the same trade mark and differentiated from one another by means of additional modifiers or descriptors, including, but not limited to, “menthol,” “lights,” “kings,” and “100s,” and includes any brand name (alone or in conjunction with any other word), trademark, logo, symbol, motto, selling message, recognizable pattern of colors, or any other indicia of product identification identical or similar to, or identifiable with, a previously known brand of Cigarettes.
Wholly Owned Affiliate has the meaning specified in Rule 2 of Regulation RR.
Shareholder Group means (i) Shareholder and (ii) any Affiliate or Shareholder Family Entity (as defined in the Shareholder's Agreement) of Shareholder (other than the Company).
Controlling Interest means: (1) an ownership interest or participating interest in a business entity by virtue of units, percentage, shares, stock, or otherwise that exceeds 10 percent; (2) membership on the board of directors or other governing body of a business entity of which the board or other governing body is composed of not more than 10 members; or (3) service as an officer of a business entity that has four or fewer officers, or service as one of the four officers most highly compensated by a business entity that has more than four officers. Subsection (3) of this section does not apply to an officer of a publicly held business entity or its wholly owned subsidiaries.
FIDIC means the Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils, the international federation of consulting engineers.
Controlled Affiliates means, with respect to a specified Person, another Person that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, has Majority Control of or is Majority Controlled by or is under common Majority Control with the Person specified.
