an Appeal. A Participant seeking review ("Appealing Party") by the Review Board of action of the Participants Committee shall give written notice of the appeal in accordance with Section 7.7, and the appeal shall have the suspension effect specified in Section 7.7.

Examples of an Appeal in a sentence

  • The date the Appellant delivers an Appeal Notice to the Appellee is referred to herein as the “Appeal Date”.
