an apprentice. ' means a learner, who is engaged for being trained in a job or trade, or skill. His conditions of service shall be governed by the provisions of the Apprentice-ship Act, 1961 and the rules made thereunder;
an apprentice means a person as set out and described in the Ontario Apprentice Act and apprenticed to a Plumber.
