An Extended definition

An Extended. Use Commitment (as defined in the Operating Agreement) within the meaning of Code Section 42(h)(6) will be in effect with respect to the building(s) not later than the end of the taxable year in which any credit is taken with respect to any building.

Examples of An Extended in a sentence

  • An Extended Warranty can only be purchased during the warranty valid period.

  • An Extended Pregnancy Leave is granted to a pregnant employee and is for a period not to exceed two (2) years.

  • An Extended Parental Leave (including adoption leave) is granted to a teacher and is for a period not to exceed two (2) years.
