  • Neither this Agreement nor any of the rights, interests or obligations hereunder shall be assigned by the Anadarko Releasing Parties, Anadarko Released Parties, BP Releasing Parties or the BP Released Parties without the prior written consent of BPXP or Anadarko, respectively.
