Examples of ANALOG PRODUCT in a sentence

  • Ultragenyx shall prepare and deliver to Takeda as soon as reasonably practicable after completion of the applicable Clinical Trials (a) the Final Phase II Data Package for each Licensed [***] Product, Licensed Analog Product, Licensed Option Product and Ultragenyx Pipeline Product (other than [***]) and (b) the Final Phase III Data Package for [***].

  • Within thirty (30) days of receipt of such written claim, and upon Helicos's return to PE, at PE's sole expense, of the defective Nucleotide Analog Product, PE shall, at its sole option, repair or replace the Nucleotide Product or provide credit of the Purchase Price to Helicos.

  • For a period of three (3) months from Licensor's receipt of the notice from Licensee, Licensor may execute an option to an exclusive license, to develop, make, have made, use and sell such Product or Analog Product in any or all of the Option Countries, by a written notice to Licensee.

  • Licensee shall pay to Licensor royalties payment based on the Net Sales of the Analog Product.

  • In the case of a Analog Product for veterinary use, where Compound Analog is the only active ingredient for which the royalty is paid, the royalty shall be equal to [***] percent ([***]%) of the Net Sales, and [***] percent [***] in the case of combination Analog Product(s) wherein Licensee must pay a royalty to a third party.
