Ancillary Fee definition

Ancillary Fee means a fee which the Chief Executive Officer may from time to time authorise a Reseller to charge a Player or Syndicate Player from whom a Reseller accepts a Subscription;
Ancillary Fee means a fee which the Chief Executive Officer of the Licensee may from time to time authorise a Direct Mail Agent to charge a Player or Syndicate Player from whom a Direct Mail Agent accepts a subscription;
Ancillary Fee means a fee which the Chief Executive Officer of the Licensee may from time to time authorise a Reseller to charge a Player from whom a Reseller accepts a subscription;
