AND ROAD LOTS. One Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($1,600.00) PLUS Eighty-Eight Dollars ($88.00) Tax; Rent is due and payable by March 31, 2018. A late fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) shall be effective April 1, 2018. If Lessee has not paid rent by April 10, 2018, Lessee’s lease is terminated. Under no circumstances shall Lessee move any property onto Lessor’s land prior to payment in full of said rent.
