Animal owner definition

Animal owner means an individual who has all or part of the lawful right to an animal or an individual designated by the animal owner to act on the animal owner's behalf.

Animal owner means any person who owns, possesses, or has custody or control of, gives shelter to, feeds, confines, boards, keeps, houses, or is in charge of or tends to any animal or who permits an animal to remain on or about any premises occupied or controlled by such person.
