Animal remains definition

Animal remains means the body or part of the body of a dead animal in any stage of decomposition. “Authorizing agent” means an individual legally entitled to authorize the cremation of animal remains. “Cremated remains” the residual of animal remains recovered after completion of the cremation process. “Cremation chamber” means the enclosed space within which the cremation process takes place.‌‌‌
