Annual Appraised Value definition
Annual Appraised Value means initially the average Base Value of an Aircraft at the time acquired by an Issuer Group Member and thereafter as determined annually by the Appraisers.
Annual Appraised Value means the average Base Value of an Aircraft at the time acquired by a member of AerCo Group as determined annually by three independent appraisers, which initially shall be Aircraft Information Services, Inc., BK Associates, Inc. and Airclaims Limited, or, thereafter, be such other independent appraisers as may be selected by the Administrative Agent and approved by the board of AerCo.
Annual Appraised Value means, with respect to any Engine, the mathematical average of three Appraised Values of such Engine made in accordance with Section 5.03(f) hereof.
More Definitions of Annual Appraised Value
Annual Appraised Value means, with respect to each Engine, the average of the Maintenance Adjusted Base Value of such Engine as set forth in three appraisals provided by the Appraisers obtained within thirty days before or after the end of each calendar year.
