Annual ARR Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01.
Examples of Annual ARR Fee in a sentence
To the extent not paid by the Sponsor within sixty (60) days of any annual due date of an Annual ARR Fee, the Annual ARR Fee shall be paid by the Issuer pursuant to the priority of payments sets forth in Section 4.4(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement or Section 5.4(b) of the Indenture, as applicable.
