Annual Cancellations Benchmark Table definition
Annual Cancellations Benchmark Table means the table set out in Part 2 (Annual Cancellations Benchmark Table) of Appendix 1 (Cancellations Benchmarks and Annual Cancellations Benchmarks) of Schedule 7.1 (Performance Benchmarks);
Annual Cancellations Benchmark Table has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.1 of Schedule 7.1 (Performance Benchmarks);
Annual Cancellations Benchmark Table means the table set out in Part 2 (Annual Cancellations Benchmark Table) of Appendix 1 (Cancellations Benchmark and Annual Cancellations Benchmark) of Schedule 7.1 (Performance Benchmarks); Annual Cap Performance Level means, in relation to an Annual Benchmark for any Performance Calculation Year, the number set out in column 2 of the Annual Benchmark Table relating to that Annual Benchmark and in the row of that table for that Performance Calculation Year; Annual CaSL Target Performance Level means, in respect of a Performance Calculation Year, the number set out in column 5 of the Annual Cancellation Benchmark Table and in the row in that table for that Performance Calculation Year; Annual Financial Statements means the final draft financial statements of the Franchise Operator which:
