Annual Capacity Test definition

Annual Capacity Test means the test to be conducted each agreement year during the demonstration period for testing of dependable capacity of the complex after commercial operation date, pursuant to the Power Policy of 2002;
Annual Capacity Test. The meaning ascribed thereto in Section 8.4(a).
Annual Capacity Test has the meaning set forth in Section 4.9.

  • Upon the Company declaring an Annual Capacity Test period the Despatch level for the Annual Capacity Test period shall be deemed to be the maximum capability of the Complex, and the Complex shall not be controlled by AGC.

  • The Company may at any time after running for at least seventy two (72) consecutive hours at maximum continuous rating (taking into account prevailing Hydrological Conditions) during a Demonstration Period declare the immediately following six (6) hour period to be the Annual Capacity Test period; provided, that the Power Purchaser has not notified the Company of a curtailment or reduction in the Net Electrical Output to be delivered during such seventy-two (72) hour period pursuant to Section 5.4(a).

Annual Capacity Test. The meaning ascribed thereto in Section 8.4(a). “Available Capacity” – The meaning ascribed thereto in Section 9.1(b).

  • Excess Capacity means volume or capacity in a duct, conduit, or support structure other than a utility pole or anchor which can be used, pursuant to the orders and regulations of the Commission, for a pole attachment.

  • Annual Caps The annual caps for the transactions under the New Procurement Agreement for each of the three years ending 31 December 2019 are RMB9,000,000, RMB12,000,000 and RMB15,000,000. Such annual caps are determined based on (i) the historical transaction value of the fabric products purchased by Haosha Industry from Haosha Garments; (ii) the prevailing market price of similar products; and (iii) the expected increase in demand for such products by Haosha Industry in the coming three years.

  • Nominal Capacity means the volume indicated by the manufacturer that represents the maximum recommended filling level.

  • Rated Capacity means the Average Daily Flow for which the Works are approved to handle;

  • Additional Capacity means, in relation to the Network, the capability of the Network to carry additional task by an enhancement or improvement of the infrastructure forming part of the Network or Associated Facilities;

  • RA Capacity means the maximum megawatt amount that the CAISO recognizes from a Project that qualifies for Buyer’s Resource Adequacy Requirements and is associated with the Project’s Capacity Attributes.

  • New Capacity means a new Generator, a substantial addition to the capacity of an existing Generator, or the reactivation of all or a portion of a Generator that has been out of service for five years or more that commences commercial service after the effective date of this definition. For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Offer Floor” for a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier that is not a Special Case Resource shall mean the lesser of (i) a numerical value equal to 75% of the Mitigation Net CONE translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value (“Mitigation Net CONE Offer Floor”), or (ii) the numerical value that is the first year value of the Unit Net CONE determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7, translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value using an appropriate class outage rate, (“Unit Net CONE Offer Floor”). The Offer Floor for a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier that is a Special Case Resource shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.5. The Offer Floor for Additional CRIS MW shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.6. For the purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Non-Qualifying Entry Sponsors” shall mean a Transmission Owner, Public Power Entity, or any other entity with a Transmission District in the NYCA, or an agency or instrumentality of New York State or a political subdivision thereof.

  • Storage Capacity means any combination of space, injectability and deliverability.

  • Contracted Capacity means the capacity (in MW AC) contracted with MSEDCL for supply by the successful bidder at the Delivery Point from the Solar Power Project.

  • Full Capacity Deliverability Status or “FCDS” has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Available RP Capacity Amount means the amount of Restricted Payments that may be made at the time of determination pursuant to Sections 6.04(a)(ii)(D), (a)(vii) and (a)(x) minus the aggregate amount of the Available RP Capacity Amount utilized by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to (a) make Investments pursuant to Section 6.06(q)(ii), (b) make Restricted Debt Payments pursuant to Section 6.04(b)(iv)(B) or (c) incur Indebtedness pursuant to Section 6.01(ll).

  • Technical Capacity means the maximum firm capacity that the transmission system operator can offer to the network users, taking account of system integrity and the operational requirements of the transmission network;

  • Annual Cap means for any calendar year an amount equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the outstanding principal amount of A Bonds as of January 1 of such calendar year. The Company has the right to reserve up to one-third of this fifteen percent (15%) limit for Bonds redeemed as a result of a Bondholder’s right upon death, disability or bankruptcy as described in the Indenture.

  • Local Capacity Area has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Idle capacity means the unused capacity of partially used facilities. It is the difference between: (a) that which a facility could achieve under 100 percent operating time on a one-shift basis less operating interruptions resulting from time lost for repairs, setups, unsatisfactory materials, and other normal delays; and (b) the extent to which the facility was actually used to meet demands during the accounting period. A multi-shift basis should be used if it can be shown that this amount of usage would normally be expected for the type of facility involved.

  • System Capacity means the operational capacity of the System at any applicable point in time.

  • Potential electrical output capacity means, with regard to a unit, 33 per- cent of the maximum design heat input of the unit.

  • Unforced Capacity shall have the meaning specified in the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Nameplate Capacity Rating means the maximum capacity of the Facility as stated by the manufacturer, expressed in kW, which shall not exceed 10,000 kW.

  • Nameplate capacity means the maximum electrical generating output (in MWe) that a generator can sustain over a specified period of time when not restricted by seasonal or other deratings as measured in accordance with the United States Department of Energy standards.

  • Design capacity means the volume of a containment feature at a discharging facility that accommodates all permitted flows and meets all Aquifer Protection Permit conditions, including allowances for appropriate peaking and safety factors to ensure sustained, reliable operation.

  • Available Capacity means the capacity from the Project, expressed in whole megawatts, that is available to generate Product. [For As-Available Product facilities only]

  • Base Capacity Resource means a Capacity Resource as described in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.5A(b).
