Annual Energy Yield Factor definition

Annual Energy Yield Factor means the annual AC energy in kWh that is expected to be delivered to SCE per installed peak DC power in kWPDC of Photovoltaic Modules.
Annual Energy Yield Factor means the annual AC energy in MWh that is expected to be delivered to Anaheim per installed peak DC power in MWPDC of Photovoltaic Modules.

Related to Annual Energy Yield Factor

  • Annual Energy Use means, (i) with respect to the first year following the Effective Date, the annual electricity usage, expressed in kilowatt hours (“kWh”), within the Party’s respective jurisdiction and (ii) with respect to the period after the anniversary of the Effective Date, the annual electricity usage, expressed in kWh, of accounts within a Party’s respective jurisdiction that are served by the Authority; and
