Capacity Utilization Factor or “CUF” shall have the same meaning as provided in CERC (Terms and Conditions for Tariff determination from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time; However, for avoidance of any doubt, it is clarified that the CUF shall be calculated on the Contracted Capacity; In any Contract Year, if ‘X’ MWh of energy has been metered out at the Delivery Point for ‘Y’ MW Project capacity, CUF= (X MWh/(Y MW*8766)) X100%; Declared CUF for this Project shall be % (to be revised as applicable).
Annual Turnover means the actual turnover achieved during your first year of operations, from the commencement of your business to the date of the damage, converted to a 12-month equivalent figure.
Nominated Energy Efficiency Value means the amount of load reduction that an Energy Efficiency Resource commits to provide through installation of more efficient devices or equipment or implementation of more efficient processes or systems.
Power Factor means the ratio of usage power measured in kW to total power measured in kVA;
Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.
Fixed Retained Yield Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a per annum rate equal to the greater of (a) zero and (b) the Mortgage Interest Rate on such Mortgage Loan minus the sum of (i) 6.500%, (ii) the applicable Servicing Fee Rate and (iii) the Master Servicing Fee Rate.

Gas Year means the period of 365 or 366 Gas Days, as the case may be, beginning at October 1st at 06:00 hours (Belgian time) and ending at September 30th 06:00 hours (Belgian time) of the next year.

Compliance with fecal coliform bacteria or E coli bacteria limitations shall be determined using the geometric mean.
