Annual Grant(s) definition

Annual Grant(s) means annual economic development grants to be provided by the City in an amount equivalent to 60 percent (60%) of the Real Property Taxes assessed against the Premises for a given tax year for a period of eight (8) consecutive tax years beginning with the first calendar year following the Commencement Date, to be paid as set forth herein.
Annual Grant(s) means annual economic development grant(s) to be provided by the City in an amount equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the Hotel Occupancy Taxes assessed by the City and paid as a result of the hotel operations on the Premises for a given tax year for a period of five (5) consecutive tax years beginning with the first calendar year following the Commencement Date;
Annual Grant(s) means annual economic development grant to be provided by the City in an amount equivalent to 30 percent (30%) of the Real Property Taxes assessed against the Premises for a given tax year for a period of three (3) consecutive tax years beginning with the first calendar year following the Commencement Date, to be paid as set forth herein.

Examples of Annual Grant(s) in a sentence

  • For purposes of Section 8(d)(ii)(C), in the event that the Employee’s termination (or with respect to Section 9, a Change in Control) occurs prior to the Executive receiving three (3) Annual Grants, then the amount in Section 8(d)(ii)(C) shall be determined based on the Equity Award Value of Annual Grants (if any) made to the Employee during the Employment Term prior to the Employee’s termination (or with respect to Section 9, the Change in Control).

  • The Annual Grants to Executive shall be delivered through vehicles and designs that are generally consistent with those awarded to the Company’s other senior executive officers in each year.

  • The Initial Grant and Annual Grants shall be granted under and shall be subject to the terms and provisions of the Company’s 2018 Incentive Award Plan or any other applicable Company equity plan then maintained by the Company (the "Equity Plan") and shall be granted subject to award agreements, including attached exhibits, in substantially the form previously approved by the Board.

  • The Initial Grant and all Annual Grants shall vest in full immediately prior to the occurrence of a Change in Control (as defined in the Equity Plan), to the extent outstanding at such time.

  • The actual value of any Annual Grants (if any) shall be determined based on Company and Executive performance, as approved by the Board or the Compensation Committee, with the terms and conditions of any such Annual Grants also determined by the Board or the Compensation Committee.

More Definitions of Annual Grant(s)

Annual Grant(s) means annual economic development grants to be provided by the City to the Company in an amount equivalent to forty percent (40%) of ad valorem taxes assessed and paid against the Tangible Personal Property for a given tax year for a period of seven (7) consecutive tax years beginning with the first calendar year following the Commencement Date, to be paid as set forth herein.
Annual Grant(s) means annual economic development grants to be provided by the City in an amount equivalent to 40 percent (40%) of the Real Property Taxes assessed against the Premises and the Project for a given tax year for a period of five (5) consecutive tax years beginning with the first calendar year following the Commencement Date, to be paid as set forth herein.
Annual Grant(s) means both the Annual Chairman Grant and the Annual Director Grant.
Annual Grant(s) means twenty (20) annual grants to be paid by City to the Company as set forth herein. Related to Annual Grant(s)

  • Annual Grant means an Option granted annually to all Non-Employee Directors who meet the criteria specified in subsection 6(b) of the Plan.

  • Initial Grant means an Option granted to a Non-Employee Director who meets the specified criteria pursuant to Section 6(a).

  • Annual Award means any Award referred to as an Annual Award in the Award Statement.

  • Equity Awards means any stock options, restricted stock, restricted stock units, stock appreciation rights, phantom stock or other equity based awards granted by the Company to the Executive.

  • Director Award means the grant of any Award (other than an Incentive Stock Option), whether granted singly, in combination, or in tandem, to a Participant who is a Director pursuant to such applicable terms, conditions, and limitations established by the Board.
