Annual Incentive Pool definition
Annual Incentive Pool means the total dollar amount available to be awarded to the Participants in the Plan for such Plan Year as determined in the sole discretion of the Compensation Committee using the criteria set forth in the Plan; however, in no case shall the Annual Incentive Pool exceed twice the aggregate base salaries of the employees of the Company in a particular Plan Year.
Annual Incentive Pool means, with respect to any Fiscal Year, the amount, if any, equal to the percentage of Earnings for the Fiscal Year in excess of the Corporate Threshold for the Fiscal Year, as specified in accordance with Section 5.1 below.
Annual Incentive Pool means, in respect of any Performance Cycle, an amount determined pursuant to Section 4.5 of the Plan.
