Annual Limits definition

Annual Limits means the Annual Aggregate Cash-Based Award Limit, the Annual Aggregate Share-Based Award Limit, the Annual Individual Cash-Based Award Limit and the Annual Individual Share-Based Award Limit.
Annual Limits means the maximum amount of Benefits payable for a specific good or service, or category of good or service, in a Policy Year, as set out in the Schedules.
Annual Limits means the maximum amount of Benefits payable for a specific good or service in a Calendar Year, as set out in the Schedules.

Examples of Annual Limits in a sentence

  • In such event, the Annual Limits for purposes of this Paragraph 3 shall continue to be the amounts listed in Appendix A.

  • In the event that the current Operating Expenses of the Fund, as accrued each month, exceed the Annual Limits, the Adviser will pay to the Fund, on a monthly basis, the excess expense within 30 days of being notified that an excess expense payment is due.

Annual Limits. If you subscribe to a pricing tier with an annual limit, we will periodically assess your usage during that annual period and keep you updated on your usage, where we consider this is necessary. If at any point your usage is at 120% of your annual limit or more, we reserve the right to upgrade your subscription to the appropriate pricing tier for the remainder of your annual term, and invoice you for the additional amount payable.
