Annual Maintenance Charge definition

Annual Maintenance Charge means the annual maintenance charge relating to the Service, as specified in the proposal issued to the Customer by the Company.
Annual Maintenance Charge. The sum of the Annual Building Maintenance and Operation Charge, the Annual Complex Maintenance and Operation Charge and the Nonstandard Charge.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Annual Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.
