Annual Membership means Premium Membership with a twelve (12) month term. "Pre-paid Annual Membership" means an Annual Premium Membership for which LinkExchange has received full payment of the suggested retail price set forth on the attached cover page, less the applicable Discount Rate, prior to such membership becoming effective.
