Annual Proposed Borrowing Base has the meaning specified in Section 2.6(b).

  • The Semi-Annual Proposed Borrowing Base shall be determined in the same manner and be subject to the same approvals as prescribed with respect to the Annual Proposed Borrowing Base set forth in Section 2.6(b), and likewise the Administrative Agent shall notify the Lenders in writing of the Semi-Annual Proposed Borrowing Base once determined.
