The Semi-Annual Proposed Borrowing Base shall be determined in the same manner and be subject to the same approvals as prescribed with respect to the Annual Proposed Borrowing Base set forth in Section 2.6(b), and likewise the Administrative Agent shall notify the Lenders in writing of the Semi-Annual Proposed Borrowing Base once determined.
Any Lender that fails to respond to any notice of the Annual Proposed Borrowing Base by the Administrative Agent pursuant to this Section 2.6(b) within such 15 days shall be deemed to have approved such Annual Proposed Borrowing Base.

Any Annual Proposed Borrowing Base that would increase the Borrowing Base then in effect must be approved or deemed to have been approved by all of the Lenders other than the Defaulting Lenders, if any, and any Annual Proposed Borrowing Base that would decrease or maintain the Borrowing Base then in effect must be approved or deemed to have been approved by the Supermajority Lenders, in each case as provided in this Section 2.6(b).
