Examples of Annual Rent in a sentence
The Lessee shall have no right or claim of compensation of any nature from the Lessor in the event of a termination, assignment, or expiration of this Lease in circumstances where the Approved Costs of Initial Improvements and/or Alterations have not been applied by the Lessee to offset Annual Rent as of the date of such termination, assignment, or expiration of this Lease.
Additional rent (“Additional Rent”) in the amount of any payment referred to as such in this Lease which accrues while this Lease is in effect (which Additional Rent shall include any and all charges or other amounts which Tenant is obligated to pay under this Lease, including, but not limited to, costs of taxes, insurance and public utility charges, other than the Initial Rent Payment and the Annual Rent).

All Annual Rent is due and payable for each Lease Year in advance of the first day of each Lease Year in lawful currency of the United States of America, to Landlord by delivering or mailing it to the Landlord’s Address, or such other address or in such other manner as Landlord from time to time specifies by written notice to Tenant.
