Annual Services Fees definition

Annual Services Fees for the Services are set forth in Schedule 3 and, subject to the terms of Sections 2.3.3 and 6.3, shall be invoiced monthly in twelve (12) equal payments commencing, for each of the Service Tower Services, on the applicable Handover Date.

  • This Guarantee will be calculated based on the total 99.0% or Greater None Annual Services Fees dollar amount of audited medical Claims paid 98.0% to 98.9% 25% Reporting Period correctly divided by the total dollar amount of audited 97.0% to 97.9% 50% Annual Year 2, 3: medical Paid Claims.

For and in consideration of ACS’ provision of Other Services pursuant to the terms of any Service Tower Schedule, Transition Plan, In-Scope Service Request, Out-of-Scope Work Order or other written agreement between the Parties, Symetra shall pay to ACS the mutually agreed Fees for such Other Services in accordance with the mutually agreed payment terms for such Other Services, which Fees and payment terms shall be specified in the applicable Schedule, Transition Plan, In-Scope Service Request, Out-of-Scope Work Order or other written agreement between the Parties.

Related to Annual Services Fees

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • Services Fee means, collectively, the Senior Services Fees and the Subordinated Services Fees.

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,
