The protocol for the Annual Site Visit and Annual Site Visit Report shall be conducted and prepared according to the Authorizer protocol and forms provided relating to the Performance Frameworks (as discussed in Articles V - VIII below) and any plan created pursuant to this Contract (i.e. improvement plan or corrective action plan).
The Annual Site Visit shall contain a review, at a minimum, of the School’s evidence of progress towards the indicators identified in the Performance Frameworks and progress towards any plan created pursuant to this Contract, as applicable.
