Annual Tuition Fee. If the termination notice becomes effective after the beginning of a new school year and before the start of the second semester, the annual tuition fee is reduced to 60%. If the termination notice becomes effective after the start of the second semester the annual tuition fee will be charged in full. If BIS has not received a timely written notice prior to March 15 of a given school year and if the student fails to return to the school for the following school year, BIS is entitled to charge the following percentages of the annual tuition fee for the following school year as lump sum compensation: Notice received between 16 March and 31 May – 10% tuition fee for the following school year, between 1 June and 30 June – 20% tuition fee for the following school year, after 30 June – 25% tuition fee.
