Annualized Premium (AP) definition
Annualized Premium (AP) means the amount of Regular Premium payable by the Policyholder in a Policy Year, excluding the applicable taxes, Rider Premiums, underwriting extra premiums on Rider, if any. The Annualized Premium will be based on the prevailing Regular Premium under the Policy.
