Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Laws definition

Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Laws means applicable Laws and regulations addressing prohibitions against improper payments and bribery of officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates of Governmental Authorities, business partners or other commercial parties, particularly local laws in effect in the jurisdiction in which the Project operates, including without limitation the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 and the U.K. Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000.
Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Laws shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.82;
Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Laws means the FCPA and all other applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption Laws.
