A pan-industry working group (including the BBC, ITV, ITN, Channel 4, and Pact) has been convened to engage with the Serious Fraud Office with a view to agreeing an industry Code of Practice or an SFO Statement of Recognition. Until the outcome of such discussions is known, the Producer acknowledges that the BBC has made available its own Anti-Bribery Code of Conduct, and the Producer confirms that it shall adopt equivalent practices where appropriate. 10.1.1. comply with all relevant requirements which shall mean all applicable laws, statutes, regulations, and codes relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption including but not limited to the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 and any amendment thereto;
10.1.2. comply with and maintain in place throughout the term of this Agreement its own anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies as well as Adequate Procedures (as defined in S7(2) of the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 and the guidance provided under S9); and
10.1.3. not engage in any activity, practice or conduct which would constitute an offence under S1, 2 or 6 of the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000.
Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000. 23.1. Two month’s notice (to end on a period date) must be served upon the Tenants if you wish to determine the Tenancy at the end of the term. Atterway will serve notice on the Tenants on your behalf if instructed to do so.
23.2. Atterway may terminate this appointment in the event of any breach by the Landlord by act or omission on the Landlord’s part.

Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000. Supplier is required to take all reasonable steps to exclude bribery from their transactions with buyers and suppliers. In connection with this or any other contract, Supplier shall not give, provide or offer to Buyer’s staff or agents, or any second-tier supplier to Buyer, any loan, fee, reward, gift or any emolument or advantage whatsoever, or Buyer shall, without prejudice to any other rights the Buyer may possess, be at liberty to terminate this and any other contract, and to recover from Supplier any loss or damage resulting from such termination. When required Supplier must be prepared to provide details of policy relating to bribery, and how this is implemented and monitored within Supplier’s organisation.
