Anticipated Mechanical Completion Date definition
Anticipated Mechanical Completion Date has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3. “Applicable Environmental Attribute Program” means a mandatory or voluntary domestic, international or foreign renewable energy, or other program, system, scheme, or organization, with respect to a market, registry or reporting for Environmental Attributes.
Anticipated Mechanical Completion Date means May 31, 2015 or such other date upon which the Borrower reasonably expects to achieve Mechanical Completion as indicated in any Construction Progress Report.
