Anticipated Usage definition

Anticipated Usage means the anticipated energy usage (in kWh) at each Facility for each Billing Cycle as indicated on Schedule 2.0.
Anticipated Usage means a reasonable expected Effective Usage of a Functionality by each individual NEMO or TSO. The Anticipated Usage for a new Functionality is indicated by the same NEMO or TSO in the submitted Request for Change. For existing Functionalities, the Anticipated Usage shall be derived from the Effective Usage according to a formula commonly defined amongst all NEMOs and stated in the Change Control Procedure. Anticipated Usage is used for the purpose of testing the impact of Request for Changes at a time horizon set by all NEMOs (typically 1 year).
Anticipated Usage means the anticipated aggregate annual energy usage (in kWh) at all Facilities that are subject to a specific Transaction Agreement during a period of time specified in a Transaction Agreement, commencing on the Transaction Commencement Date. Unless otherwise specified in a Transaction Agreement, the Anticipated Usage for each Transaction will be equal to an amount of energy (in kWh) anticipated to be used at all Facilities served pursuant to such Transaction during each Contract Year, all as specified in the applicable Transaction Agreement.

More Definitions of Anticipated Usage

Anticipated Usage means the anticipated energy usage (in kWh) by each Account during each month, which shall be equal to either (i) the monthly kWh amounts for each Account as specified in a Confirmation; or (ii) if no such amounts are specified, the actual amount of energy (in kWh) used by each such Account during the same month during any consecutive 12 month period in the 24 months prior to the commencement of the applicable Transaction; provided that we will estimate any such data that is not available.

  • Normal Minimum Generation means the lowest output level of a generating resource under normal operating conditions.

  • Uncontrollable Forces means any event which results in the prevention or delay of performance by a party of its obligations under this Agreement and which is beyond the reasonable control of the nonperforming party. It includes, but is not limited to fire, flood, earthquakes, storms, lightning, epidemic, war, riot, civil disturbance, sabotage, and governmental actions.

  • Estimate means to be based on technical evaluation of the sources contributing to the discharge including, but not limited to, pump capabilities, water meters, and batch discharge volumes.

  • Current Assessed Value means the assessed value of the District certified by the municipal assessor as of April 1st of each year that the District remains in effect.
