Anticorruption Policy definition

Anticorruption Policy means ADB’s Anticorruption Policy (1998, as amended to date);
Anticorruption Policy means the Anticorruption Policy of the Vladimir Potanin Foundation approved by the General Director of the Foundation subject to changes and amendments made from time to time, and the text of which is published on the Foundation’s official website and is available at http://www.fondpotanin.ru/;
Anticorruption Policy means NDF’s Policy on Anticorruption and Integrity, as in effect at any given time (available on xxx.xxx.xx).

  • For procurement of Good and Works to be financed by a Sub-borrower Loan, the Beneficiary shall cause each MFI to require that the procurement procedures of each Sub-borrower (a) are appropriate under the circumstances, (b) are in accordance with established commercial practices and (c) comply with the provisions of ADB’s Anticorruption Policy.

  • Anti-Corruption Guidelines means the “Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and XXX Credits and Grants”, dated October 15, 2006.

  • Corruption means the abuse of entrusted power for private gain. It may include improperly influencing the actions of another party or causing harm to another party. The gain or benefit may be for the person doing the act or for others.

  • Anti-Corruption Laws means all laws, rules, and regulations of any jurisdiction applicable to the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries from time to time concerning or relating to bribery or corruption.

  • Anti-Terrorism Laws are any laws relating to terrorism or money laundering, including Executive Order No. 13224 (effective September 24, 2001), the USA PATRIOT Act, the laws comprising or implementing the Bank Secrecy Act, and the laws administered by OFAC.

  • Order Execution Policy means the Brooks Macdonald policy explaining the steps taken to provide best execution in accordance with the FCA Rules.

  • Anti-Terrorism Law means any Law in force or hereinafter enacted related to terrorism, money laundering, or economic sanctions, including the Bank Secrecy Act, 31 U.S.C. § 5311 et seq., the USA PATRIOT Act, the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, 50 U.S.C. 1701, et seq., the Trading with the Enemy Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 1, et seq., 18 U.S.C. § 2332d, and 18 U.S.C. § 2339B.

  • Bribery Act means the Bribery Act 2010 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act from time to time together with any guidance or codes of practice issued by the relevant government department concerning this legislation;

  • Data Protection Laws and Regulations means all laws and regulations, including laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, applicable to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement.

  • Privacy Policies has the meaning specified in Section 4.14(e).

  • Bribery Legislation means the Bribery Act 2010 and any subordinate legislation made under it from time to time together with any guidance or codes of practice issued by the government concerning the legislation;

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule means the EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule published by the Loan Market Association (or any successor person), as in effect from time to time.
